The working structure.
The programme will consist of a number of confidential discussions over a 3 – 6 month period, normally at weekly or fortnight intervals. Some sessions can be held over the phone to avoid disruption to the working day. The exact nature of the structure will depend on the issues and goals etc which will be outlined at the first meeting.
Measurements identified at the beginning of the programme will enable progress to be monitored.
