So How Does The Dream Technique Work?
By Changing Limiting Beliefs with 'The Dream Technique ' which is a six session training programme will help you to recognise limiting or damaging belief - systems, and change them for good. (Some simpler problems may require less than six sessions)
A 'limiting belief system', is a set of personal beliefs that can have an incredibly negative or damaging effect on your life - causing you to suffer (for example): relationship problems, ill-health, phobias fears and anxieties, and even mental and physical illnesses.
This training program has already helped people with problems such as clinical depression, M.E., post-viral fatigue syndrome, obsessions, phobias and thousands of people who needed help to stop smoking.
People who undergo this training program are referred to as either 'trainees', or ‘students', but NOT 'clients' - because this is a training programme and not therapy.
Changing limiting beliefs and making significant improvements in your life requires determined effort, and you need to take full responsibility in order for these changes to take place. The trainee/student is to be taught a very simple 5 step process, that will very quickly change the way the person responds - both emotionally and physically - to negative thoughts.
