Our Prsonal Trainers offer a reliable, friendly 1-2-1 personal training service that will include a program to suit your requirements and needs. Matt is our Surrey area Personal Trainer and gives personal backup/support and advice to get the most out of your training program.
Matt will help with little tips that will help motivate you on your way to your goal and reminds you of the little things you can d to empower yourself and move you nearer to your target weight with such thing as 'If you are finding it hard to start your weight loss program, why not get up an hour earlier in the morning? This way your physically active for an extra hour each day, which means an extra hour of burning calories'. or why not hide your television remote control, it sounds silly but your exercising every time you need to change the channel/adjust the volume'. 'You’ve all heard this one before but it’s very effective! Take the stairs and not the elevator'.
If losing fat is one of your goals, make sure you don’t eat anything after 8pm, as the body is less active in the evening and will find it hard to burn up those extra calories. If your trying to gain muscle (with the correct training program) then eat a high protein snack before you go to bed, this will feed your recovering muscles while you sleep to help them grow.
